Popis: Chou Dofu or Stinky Tofu is an extremely potent tofu. The worse it smells, the more it appeals to customers. And the stink can be truly overwhelming. It can be compared to an overflowing and abandoned dustbin, in which a body of an animal has rotted for several weeks in the sun. The way to prepare this "delicacy" does not have much to do with the smell and takes places in the subsequent process known as fermentation. Hong Kong's Takungpao boulevard, according to the Xman server, reported in 2010 that some manufacturers add human excrement, chemical dyes, spoiled fish, gunpowder and used fruit juice to aid the fermentation process. Performed this way, it can shorten the maturation time while at the same time achieving the desired smell. Methods of preparation and the types of ingredients used are numerous and vary according to region and manufacturer. One of the recipes can be seen in the video.
