- Dear Madam Barangay Captain, Presently I am the administrator of the Lot situated at Purok 01, Barangay EMS Barrio #01 , representing the heirs of Mr Rufino V. Vargas. There was a fencing installed by a certain Mr Juarez, besides the Albay Skin Clinic building domain, whereby Mr Camay who is occupying space in the building that I am administering was prevented in fixing his internet connection on the left facing the eastern side because of the barrier that was in placed. In this connection Madam Barangay Captain, the undersigned would like to seek official assistance in this situation whereby we couldn't just pass through or get inside the premises of the Albay Skin Clinic because of the barrier that was installed. I do hope Madam with this letter the occupants would be enlightened as to the legality, although we are illegal settler as of this writing. Thank you and more power. Rodulfo B.
